One miraculous observation I notice about my regular clients is that they all seem healthier over time as I work with them regularly. Is this because getting regular massage sessions makes you healthier? Perhaps there is a correlation. Before we dive into specifics, I will state that on a basic level, massage allows one to be aware of their body in ways they weren’t necessarily beforehand. I’m always amazed working with people who exclaim, wow I had no idea I was holding so much tension there or getting a session with you makes me realize I need to exercise more.
